FOXSports.com and iVAST Announce Collaboration

FOXsports.com and iVAST have announced that they will apply iVAST's MPEG-4 software to FOXSports.com's vast array of assets. iVAST (www.ivast.com ) states that its technology will bring new, interactive features and functionality to sports fans visiting the FOXSports.com Web site over broadband.

"Ultimately, we want our Web site to entertain viewers, promote our TV programming and drive revenue opportunities,'' said Adam Bain, vice president of Production and Development at FOXSports.com. Bain continued to say that FOXSports.com is exploring the use of iVAST's technology to achieve these goals.
