Centerseat to Offer Broadband Programming in Windows Media Format

Centerseat (http://www.centerseat.com) announced an agreement with Microsoft to providebroadband programming in the Microsoft Windows Media Format.

It will become an entertainment content provider on Microsoft's WindowsMedia.com

"This agreement is a win for everyone involved," said Centerseat CEO ScottHarmolin. "We want our programming to be delivered in the highest qualitypossible to customers, and Microsoft Windows Media is the technology to makethat happen."

Centerseat creates original broadband, interactive entertainment and informationProgramming and will feature scheduled andon-demand content. Programming on Centerseat is presented in a channelformat, including lifestyle, sports, music, film, teens, and kids.
