Mirror Image Announces Mobile Ad Solution

Article Featured Image

With the growth of smart devices and mobile video, advertising companies are rushing to support the wireless world. Add to that list Mirror Image Internet of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, which has today announced its Mobile Advertising Solution.

Features of the Mobile Advertising Solution include mobile device detection, so each device will automatically get the correct video stream, and mobile geolocation detection, so that advertisers can stream targeted ads to whatever areas they want.

The ad solution supports both pre- and post-roll ads. Advertisers can also take advantage of pixel-tracking, where they place a 1x1 pixel on a website they don't own to record viewer activity.

"Mirror Image recognizes that the rapid growth of the mobile Web and vast array of mobile devices-each with their own set of features and capabilities-creates new opportunities for mobile advertisers," says James G. Hart, vice president of sales and marketing for Mirror Image Internet. "The new Mobile Advertising Solution is attractive to a wide range of mobile advertising technology and creative customers who need to deliver their services with performance and scale, 24/7, regardless of traffic levels."

Last month, Mirror Image launched a service in beta that records and streams live video.
