In 2019, Float Left teamed up with Gravitas Ventures to launch the Gravitas Movies TV apps on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Web, iOS, and Android Mobile. Most recently, Float Left and Gravitas added an additional platform to the mix, Vizio SmartCast! Since its launch, the Gravitas Vizio app has seen tremendous growth with this new user base.

The Gravitas TV apps have free, ad-supported movies, as well as a subscription option that gives users access to over 1,000 independent films, a new movie every day, and an ad-free experience. They offer a variety of independent films including, Comedy, Documentaries, Thriller, Horror, and Drama straight from the leading film festivals to your living room!

The apps are built with Flicast, Float Left’s flagship OTT solution made for maximum flexibility and growth. Flicast is integrated with JW Player, an online video player and CMS, Cleeng, a subscription management solution, and 47 Samurai for ad management; all of which make up the complete solution.
