Anton/Bauer Invites Attendees to Walk the Red Carpet and Celebrate Academy Award Win at the 2013 NAB Show

At the 2013 NAB Show, Anton/Bauer invites attendees to visit its booth (Vitec Videocom Booth C6025) to see the Academy Award-winning CINE VCLX Portable Power System and get a glimpse of the Academy Plaque the company recently won for its contribution to the industry. Anton/Bauer, part of Vitec Videocom, a Vitec Group company, and a premier global provider of batteries, chargers, lighting and other mobile power systems for the professional broadcast, video and film industries, recently took home the prestigious Scientific and Engineering Award (Academy Plaque) from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (A.M.P.A.S) for the design and conception of its CINE VCLX Portable Power System. Anton/Bauer Engineers Joe Murtha, William Frederick and Jim Markland accepted the prestigious award for their roles in the creation of the CINE VCLX.
