Chello Broadband Wins World-Wide Ground Breaker Award For Marketing From Multichannel News International

chello broadband nv, (chello), one of the world's leading broadband internet companies, active in Europe, Latin America and Australia and recipient of the Best European Consumer ISP award, was given the Ground Breaker Award for Marketing from Multichannel News International (MNI) at their Third Annual Summit in New Orleans on Sunday 7 May.

The recognition came during CABLE 2000, the world's leading cable and satellite show, where Multichannel News International, an international trade publication that provides insight on news and trends to the world's most influential cable, satellite and telecommunications executives, presented their Ground Breaker Awards for excellence. Seven award categories were acknowledged: marketing, operations, national programming, global programming, grand prix, technology innovation and advertising. The judges panel included Multichannel News International's managing editor Mike Gellato, technology editor Roger Brown, editor Janet Stilson and other industry leaders.
