Fuse Media Rebrands Around FAST and CTV Content Delivery and Monetization

Fuse Media is unveiling a new brand identity and strategic positioning as the independent, Latino-owned media company expands its focus from multicultural television into a streaming-focused business spanning free ad-supported streaming television (FAST), connected TV (CTV), content monetization and culturally specific entertainment.

The rebrand marks a significant evolution for a company that has spent more than two decades building programming and audiences around cultural affinities and is now applying that expertise to the rapidly expanding streaming ecosystem.

The repositioning follows a year of expansion across the Fuse Media’s streaming businesses. Over the past 12 months, Fuse Media has:

  • Added four premium channels to its operated FAST portfolio in partnership with iconic cultural brands and A-list celebrities
  • Expanded Culture Collective -- its diverse-owned CTV and FAST advertising portfolio
  • Launched Content Delivery & Monetization for creators and library owners
  • Expanded its measurement capabilities through a partnership with iSpot

The company says the shift reflects a fundamental change in its business; one it has been building since launching its first FAST channel in 2018.  Fuse Media is not simply a cable network operator running a streaming business; it is a streaming and CTV company built on two decades of experience operating networks, developing audiences, and monetizing content.  Across its portfolio, Fuse Media says it reaches more than 74 million monthly active viewers and generated nearly 4.9 billion minutes of viewing in 2025, according to company data.

“Fuse Media was built around audiences long before the industry began talking about multicultural scale and streaming in the way it does today,” said Mike Roggero, Chairman & CEO, Fuse Media. “For more than 20 years, we've learned how to identify audiences, create programming for them, develop meaningful talent relationships and monetize those connections. The rebrand reflects how we're applying that expertise to the next era of television.”

The evolution is most visible in Fuse Media's FAST Channel Management business, which provides the operating infrastructure to take a channel from concept through launch, distribution, monetization and scale.  Fuse Media has increasingly used that infrastructure to build streaming channels with recognizable cultural brands and talent, including filmmaker Robert Rodriguez, comedian Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias, actor and comedian Kevin Hart, Billboard and Complex.

The company currently operates eight FAST channels including Billboard Español TV, Complex TV, El Rey Rebel, Fluffy TV, LOL! Network, OUTflix Movies, Shades of Black and Somos Novelas, alongside its Fuse+ subscription service.

Fuse Media points to audience growth across individual channels as evidence of the model's momentum.  El Rey Rebel, for example, has recorded 24 consecutive months of year-over-year growth, while OUTflix Movies has posted ten consecutive months of triple-digit year-over-year gains. Complex TV, which launched earlier this year, has seen steady monthly double-digit growth.

The company's pitch to content and talent partners is increasingly about infrastructure as much as programming: Fuse Media combines content curation, channel operations, distribution, advertising sales, audience intelligence, measurement and optimization within a single operating model.  That approach allows partners to build streaming networks around established brands, talent and cultural communities without having to create the underlying CTV infrastructure themselves.

Fuse Media's new positioning brings its activities under three streaming-native business lines:

FAST Channel Management: The company's end-to-end infrastructure for launching and operating FAST channels, encompassing programming, brand identity and design, channel operations, distribution, advertising, audience development, measurement and optimization.

Culture Collective: Fuse Media's curated portfolio of diverse-owned CTV and FAST ad supply, developed through partnerships with companies including Lionsgate, Tastemade and Trusted Media Brands. Magnite has designated Fuse Media as the largest diverse-owned CTV ad supply portfolio it tracks.

Content Delivery & Monetization: A newly launched service for owners of AVOD and SVOD libraries seeking a curated path into CTV distribution. The offering includes guaranteed SVOD placement on Fuse+ and a revenue-sharing model designed to give content owners an alternative to traditional aggregation models.

Together, these businesses reflect Fuse Media's strategy of combining cultural specificity with national scale: building deeper relationships with defined audiences while leveraging a broader portfolio, technology and distribution infrastructure to reach audiences at scale.

Data and accountability are also central to Fuse Media's repositioning. The company is accelerating its focus on data, measurement, technology, and intelligence to create a more connected and accountable approach to audience growth. Fuse Media is building a next-generation growth engine in which iSpot delivers independent, outcomes-based measurement across its robust FAST and linear portfolio.  This capability connects audience intelligence, activation, measurement, and business outcomes, giving agencies, brands, and clients greater precision, scale, and accountability in an increasingly fragmented media landscape. The result is a more powerful value proposition for advertisers centered on reaching culturally connected audiences, activating them at scale, and demonstrating measurable business impact.

In a fragmented CTV and streaming marketplace, Fuse Media is positioning culturally connected audiences as measurable, addressable, and actionable growth opportunities for brands.

“Cultural specificity and national scale aren't competing ideas,” said Karl Meyer, CRO, Fuse Media, “The opportunity is to go deeper with audiences and then use technology, distribution, partnerships and measurement to scale those connections.”

That opportunity is significant. The U.S. multicultural population represents approximately 145 million people, based on 2020 U.S. Census data files with 2024 projections. At the same time, multicultural consumer markets represent substantial economic power. Research from the University of Georgia's Selig Center for Economic Growth, including its 2021 and 2025 Multicultural Economy reports, documents the continued growth of buying power across major multicultural consumer markets.

For Fuse Media, the opportunity is not simply the size of these audiences, but the ability to build more targeted entertainment environments around distinct cultural affinities while using streaming distribution, technology and measurement to reach those audiences at national scale.

While the technology, distribution models and economics of television have changed dramatically since Fuse Media launched, the company's fundamental proposition has remained consistent: build entertainment around audiences rather than treating them as anonymous impressions.

The new brand look and identity, created by Fuse Media’s in-house Brand Creative and Communications teams, is intended to make that proposition visible across the company's growing streaming businesses.
