Brainshark and Brightcove Make Business Video Simple
Brainshark, a cloud-based video presentation company, has partnered with Brightcove, and the results will make video easier to use for businesses. Brainshark's new "Publish to Brightcove" feature lets users turn a PowerPoint presentation and a microphone into an online video that they can easily share.
Brainshark already lets customers create enhanced PowerPoint presentations by combining narration, music, and video clips. The Brightcove partnership gives customers the ability to publish their creations to the Web with one click.
The partnership benefits Brightcove's existing customers, as well. They can now use Brainshark's tools to make low-cost videos.
"Online video has become a central piece of the marketing and communications mix for companies of all sizes that are looking to increase engagement with their audiences and build their online communities," says Chris Johnston, director of technology partnerships at Brightcove. "We are pleased to partner with organizations like Brainshark whose technology gives organizations a quick and cost-effective way to create videos that can then be distributed through our platform."
"Every businessperson should have the ability to communicate online in powerful ways using video. We're happy to be working with Brightcove to enable anyone to transform their static business content into high-impact video that can be shared across web, social and mobile channels to increase reach and results of their communications," says Kate Skelly, vice president of corporate and business development for Brainshark.
