Total Webcasting Releases TAM 4.0 along with TW Mediacart v5

Total Webcasting has been providing its ‘Glass to Glass’ full service Webcasting solution since 2007 serving Government, Education, Corporate and Non-Profit customers. Combining Total Asset Manager, TAM(SM), a cloud based content publishing system, and the TW Mediacart(SM) a portable production system, Total Webcasting is a one stop/white glove Webcasting service provider.

Total Webcasting continues its path of growth and innovation with the release of a new version of TAM, their feature rich content publishing and distribution platform. According to Robert Feldman, President of Total Webcasting, “TAM 4.0 provides a ‘face lift’ to a system that provides virtually every option a customer could need, from registration to interactive transcripts, all included with every Webcast.“ Besides changes to the user interface, TAM 4.0 added new automation for scaling and delivering the best experience for the end user based on screen size and OS.  

 Total Webcasting’s fleet of TW Mediacarts, has also gone through a major revision. With new robotic 1080 cameras with 30x optical zoom, digital audio mixing for up to 16 microphones, and redundant hardware switcher/encoders make up the component upgrades. Additionally, the physical size is 1/3 that of v4 of the TW Mediacart making it easier to use and requires less time and arrangements for set-up. Feldman said, “We have replaced every component right down to the frame and wheels used in our TW Mediacart. Now we travel lighter but deliver much higher quality video and production with just one technician”.
