Leading Indian broadcaster Odisha Television replaces legacy hardware with Quortex?software to enable IP evolution

Atlanta GA(01 Sep 2026)

?Quortex, the intelligent video technology company carved out from Synamedia by Lumine Group, today announced that?Odisha Television Network (OTV), the leading regional broadcaster in East India, has selected?Quortex?to replace its legacy hardware with advanced video processing software. OTV is Odisha’s largest broadcast and digital media network, reaching 45 million Odia speakers worldwide across satellite and digital platforms.

The broadcaster is now live with encoding, multiplexing, and scrambling using?Quortex’s?virtualized Digital Content Manager (vDCM), a software-centric, cloud-native video processing and delivery platform.
