Principal, Shawn Lam Video

Shawn Lam (video@shawnlam.cais a professionally accredited and multi-award winning Vancouver based video producer and technical director. He has written over 50 articles for Streaming Media Producer and predecessor EventDV Magazine and is a respected video production expert and sought-after product reviewer.  His Vancouver-based video production company, Shawn Lam Video Inc., specializes in corporate and event video production, including online video, video switching, webcasting, and video SEO. In additional to serving 5 terms as the President of the British Columbia Professional Videographers Association, Shawn has taught video production business at B.C.I.T and has spoken at several international video production conferences. Shawn was a contributing author to the Adobe Premiere Pro CC Visual QuickStart Guide (Peachpit Press, 2013). He lives in the Vancouver suburb of Port Coquiltam, with his wife and three kids and enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and going on adventures with his kids.
