PhotoflexInc. of Watsonville, CA., announces the release of the NorthStar Lite. The NorthStar Lite is a 100watt single LED with the equivalency light output of a 1K Tungsten source, while maintaining a standard daylight colored temperature. The light has an integrated continuous dimmer that dims from 100% down to 0% with minimal color shift. The NorthStar brings high-power lighting, while maintaining low heat and the compatibility to be used with a variety of modifiers to expand LED lighting applications in the video marketplace.
The NorthStar sits on the standard Photoflex SwivelMount and can be adjusted along the housing to balance the weight load when paired with larger modifiers.
