Ms. Webster is a trusted advisor for digital experience delivery solution providers and buyers, and a frequent speaker at industry conferences and other events, Ms. Webster’s research has been cited in the business and trade press including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Business Week, USA Today, ComputerWorld, and a host of other publications.

In addition to more than a decade as an industry analyst, Ms. Webster has more than 20 years of software industry experience and has held senior management positions in marketing, business development, and product development with enterprise software vendors and dotcoms ranging from the Fortune 500 to venture-backed startups.
