Carl Crabill oversees customer relationship management, retail and direct sales, merchandising, marketing, promotions and public relations.  He joined MovieBeam in 2002, and worked closely with customers and retailers in test markets.  He is focused on customer acquisition and retention and is closely involved with ongoing development of the MovieBeam service.  Crabill helped launch DIRECTV, where he served as vice president of sales and distribution.  In that role, he was responsible for management of all consumer, commercial and Spanish-language programming sales in the Western United States.  He led his regional team from overall third to first position inevery key sales metric, including gross and net subscriber acquisition, and successfully negotiated multi-year exclusive distribution contracts with all key consumer electronics retailers.
