Tim Tyler is eLearning Manager for Coldwell Banker, whose corporate university was rated the number three training organization across all industries by Training Magazine in 2013.  He is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) and has worked in the learning and performance field for 16 years in the manufacturing and real estate industries.  Tim has developed training using simulations, video and avatars, and has focused on codifying the training course development process, analysis of learning assessment and aligning training to measurable business goals.  He is currently curating content for two “social learning portals” using streaming video in addition to other learning assets.
