Vcall Offers Quarterly Earnings Webcast At No Charge
Vcall (http://www.vcall.com) (a service of Investor Broadcast Network) announced that it will be offering quarterly earnings calls for free.
Vcall is one of the largest webcaster of corporate events, including earnings releases, shareholder meetings, press conferences, merger and acquisition announcements, introductory calls and other special announcements.
"Companies are quickly realizing the value that webcasting provides to a company's investor relations efforts," said David Bauman, President and CEO of Investor Broadcast Network. "The ability to reach an extremely broad audience of investors at relatively no cost is only one of the many benefits that companies derive. With a proposed ban from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on selective disclosure, companies will be able to comply with these proposed changes without significantly changing the way they conduct their investor relations efforts."
Investor Broadcast Network (http://www.investorbroadcast.com), founded as Vcall in 1997, covers over 1200 public companies and has more than 400,000 registered users. It owns Vcall, RadioWallStreet and Investor Conference broadcast services.
