Sunbelt Communications Selects SeeItFirst.com To Webcast TV Stations

SeeItFirst.com (http://www.seeitfirst.com) announced a deal with Sunbelt Communications to webcast some of Sunbelt's programming for all 10 of Sunbelt's TV station Web sites.

Sunbelt is a Las Vegas-based TV broadcaster that owns seven NBC affiliates and three Fox affiliates in the western U.S. NBC station KVBC (http://www.kvbc.com/sunbelt.html) will be the first station to be streamed where it will showcase its local entertainment, restaurants and nightlife information.

"With this relationship, Sunbelt Communications will be able to offer our advertisers many of the advantages that other distribution methods had offered us as a broadcaster in the past," said Gene Greenberg, vice president of Sunbelt Communications.

SeeItFirst takes regular streaming video and adds interactive elements that allow users to print, enlarge, cut and paste and otherwise manipulate a video image.

"The interactivity provided by SeeItFirst.com puts the viewer in control, allowing them to run their own show," said Narayanan Ram, CEO and founder of SeeItFirst.com. "The Web is highly interactive, a quality that has been lacking from ordinary streaming video until now. What we offer is more than just streaming video, it's a new dynamic platform that delivers a more valuable, engaging and meaningful experience."
