24/7 Media to Support EyeWonder Technology

Streaming banner ads are gaining momentum. 24/7 Media (www.247media.com), an interactive marketing firm, has signed an agreement with EyeWonder ( www.eyewonder.com), creator of playerless streaming video for the Internet and wireless devices, under which 24/7 Media's ad serving system will now support media campaigns that utilize EyeWonder's instant streaming technology to deliver streaming video and audio within conventional banner ads across their network.

According to the company The EyeWonder EyeMedia product is powered by the java-based EYERIS coder/decoder, which facilitates the delivery of streaming video and audio without a plug-in or player. The streaming content plays within the ad unit as the page loads, over any bandwidth, and meets all current rich media serving requirements.
