Brian Taptich is Vice President of Business Development for BitTorrent Inc. Before BitTorrent, Brian was the director of marketing and business development at Electronic Arts. While at EA, Brian was responsible for strategic business planning and partnerships for the company's online initiatives, playing a critical role in growing EA's online content, advertising and distribution businesses. Prior to EA, Brian worked for the media and entertainment-focused investment bank Allen & Company and the Silicon Valley technology venture capital firm Doll Capital Management. He also co-founded, ran and sold off the cross-platform media company alarm:clock worldwide and was once an editor with Red Herring magazine. Brian holds a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
