Todd Stabley is a part of Duke University’s Interactive Technology Services, a group in the Office of Information Technology focused on researching and implementing enterprise video technologies for campus. He specializes in media recording, delivery and publishing tools, having served as project leads for DukeCapture, DukeStream, and other initiatives including Duke’s presences on iTunes U and YouTube. In 2006, he led the effort to make Duke one of the first universities in the U.S. to develop a campus-wide recording service when Duke partnered with the University of Western Australia to deploy a product called Lectopia.  After Lectopia was acquired by Anystream (Echo360), Todd led a project to evaluate leading enterprise capture tools, which resulted in the implementation of Panopto, Duke’s current classroom and mobile capture platform, in 2010.
