CALL FOR SPEAKERS NOW OPEN!
If you are a vendor submitting a request to speak, you must submit your request with a customer. Please read this blog post before you submit. While the post is from a past show, it is still relevant and details how the speaker selection process works for vendors.
The advance program will be published on August 1st, 2014. Once published, speaker placement will then begin, with all speakers being selected by October 6th, 2014.
We typically receive ten times the number of speaking submissions we have available so we strongly suggest you submit your proposal early, as they are reviewed and possibly confirmed upon receipt. Of the nearly 100 speaking positions we have, about 70 of them are reserved for end-user customers who are purchasing and deploying online video products and services or creating content.

In addition to round-table panels we also have stand alone "how to" presentations. End user experts who are willing to share their practical tips, tools, or strategies for deploying online video, please consider volunteering to speak at Streaming Media West. We need presenters who can show people how to do things step by step as a stand alone presenter.
