Mark Arana is the Executive Director of Strategy & Innovation at The Walt Disney Studios. In this role, he leads a team of technologists charged with understanding the digital horizon; experimenting with emerging technologies to help shape new ways consumers will experience movies. This encompasses many areas such as distribution platforms including internet / digital delivery, media security, the development of new distribution prototypes and 3D to the home. Projects like Keychest, an innovative way to manage digital media rights for consumers, are born out of the Strategy & Innovation team.
