Discover Video today announced DEVOS 3.0, a new media management and video streaming system for private and public enterprises. DEVOS 3.0 breaks the barrier in price, features, and flexibility for a complete hybrid video distribution system that can be used inside the firewall and on the public Internet simultaneously.
