Learn2.com Gets $10 Million Financing

Learn2.com (http://www.learn2.com) announced that it has secured $10 million in financing from an institutional investment fund.

The financing was made through a three-year, 6% debenture thatis convertible to common stock at a price of $6.00 per share.
