Before joining Gracenote, Ashok served as SVP of Product and Growth at SoundCloud where he successfully reshaped pricing, unit economics, creator monetization, distribution partnerships and AI-enabled operations to drive profitability. In earlier leadership roles at companies including Tumblr, Lyft, Headspace, Spotify, Yahoo, and AOL, he worked across AI, product strategy, marketplaces, subscriptions, personalization and organizational transformation to turn complex ecosystems into durable growth businesses.
Ashok is co-author of The Product Manifesto, a platform created to help product professionals navigate business challenges and opportunities. He speaks frequently on product leadership, creator economies, product-led growth and how product organizations must evolve as AI changes both how products are built and what users expect.
