As Director of Product Management, Jose is responsible for Conviva Experience Insights, which is used by streaming publishers for real-time measurement and optimization of viewer experience. Working in the digital TV space for 13 years, Jose’s main areas of focus include streaming performance, analytics workflows, AI and automation, metrics and metadata definition. Jose holds a master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and previously worked in different roles: Technical Sales, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architect and Integration Engineer.
