JP) is a media technology executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience helping top global media and media technology companies tackle their complex product and software engineering challenges. As CEO and Co-Founder of Qualabs, he leads a team of 100 professionals that bridge business strategy and technical execution, enabling organizations to innovate, scale, and enhance audience experiences in the streaming era.

He is an active Board Member of the Streaming Video Technology Alliance (SVTA) and Organizer of the Montevideo Tech Community, fostering global collaboration and knowledge exchange in media and technology. Beyond his executive and industry roles, JP is passionate about education, entrepreneurship, and social impact. He serves as Chairman of the Board of DESEM Junior Achievement Uruguay, creating programs that connect young talent with entrepreneurial opportunities.
