Integration Therapy
Rebecca Avery is a strategic advisor and streaming operations expert with two decades of experience at the intersection of content, technology, and accessibility. As Owner & Principal at Integration Therapy, she works with streaming networks to straighten out complex supply chains, repair broken metadata, and build operational systems that hold up under real-world pressure.
She’s a former metadata architect whose early frameworks still inform today’s streaming standards, and she brings that combination of technical depth and pragmatic judgment into every engagement. Rebecca also chairs the Metadata Working Group for the Streaming Video Technology Alliance, where she leads cross-industry efforts on metadata quality, accessibility, AI implications, and operational resilience.
She’s advised networks across the ecosystem on delivery, rights, automation, and accessibility strategy – always with an eye toward reliability, clarity, and reducing the friction that slows teams down.
