Allan has had numerous global firsts developing/deploying streaming and digital products/services on five continents/17 countries to hundreds of millions of households and screens, from the first global streaming IP/OTT offering in 2000; targeted advertising foundational patents founding divisional president of US publicly traded data analytics firm RENTRAK; Emmy considered mobile television series to the advancement of new entertainment, digital transformations, education streaming services and category M&A.
