Picture of Jennifer RandolphJen Randolph is an author, Coach on Call: A Practical Guide for Getting and Keeping the Job You Want and consultant specializing in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Formally Senior Vice President, Talent for Publicis Groupe Agencies; Zenith, Moxie and MRY; Jen also served as SVP, Director of Diversity for Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising Agency New York. While leading diversity at Saatchi, she helped guide the agency’s diversity agenda and developed and implemented programs and strategies that integrated diversity into the business processes, industry profile and relationship-building with diverse organizations. She chaired the agency’s diversity council; consulted with geographically dispersed Saatchi North America agencies to strengthen local diversity programming; launched an internal mentorship program, re-branded and launched SAATCHI U professional development programming supporting key competencies for senior staff, managers and new leaders in the agency’s employee and management pipeline. The initiative also established programming for parent, multicultural and LGBT employees’ resource groups.

In her current role at Thinqshift  her focus is on broadening the diversity  of people, experiences and ideas by working to break down barriers so teams can thrive and do amazing work. She provides tools for assessing where a company is currently on the diversity spectrum and works collaboratively to develop strategies most appropriate for building a foundation to enhance a sustainable initiative that goes beyond raising the numbers of representation within a company, and creates an atmosphere where people feel welcomed.

Jen is a graduate of Colgate University and completed the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications’ Executive Leadership Development Program at the University of California, Anderson School of Business.
