Discounted guest room rates of $489 (plus applicable taxes and fees) for a king or double room at the Barclay have been arranged for attendees who book through the official housing bureau, Meeting & Travel Consultants, Inc. (MTC). Rates are exclusive through MTC only and will remain in effect until April 29, 2024, subject to availability. Early booking is suggested! - Cancellation Policy: 11:59 p.m. Hotel time (3) three days before arrival or pay (1) one night fee; credit card required
- Standard check-in time is 3:00pm EST and check-out time is 11:00am EST.
- Guests have the ability to change their departure date at check-in without penalty. If not changed at check-in, departures prior to the scheduled departure date will be subject to an early departure fee of $150.00.
- The Barclay destination fee and associated amenities are waived when booking under the official group block.
- Guestroom wifi is complimentary when booking under the official group block.
- If the group rate is no longer available, prevailing rates may be offered for some or all of your dates.
