In the past 26 years, Rasenberger has advised more than 100+ companies on the rapidly changing television ecosystem and has successfully helped launch and distribute 28 cable and 15 streaming FAST networks including AccuWeather, AccuWeather Now, Newsmax TV, OTT Studio's FAST channels, RFD-TV, Outside TV, Al Jazeera, Outdoor Channel, TV One, MGM HD, WCSN/Universal Sports, Universal Music IMF (merged w/Ovation), TRIO, Newsworld, PBS Nature, PFL MMA, TDAmeritradeTV, Cowboy Channel, JLTV, Eleven Sports, and more. Rasenberger Media advises both emerging and established companies in media and tech on US business development and market expansion strategies. Clients have included AiBUY, WNET, Verizon Wireless, Al Jazeera, WWE, Conde Nast, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, MGM, Universal Music, TDAmeritrade, Wurl, and Rural Media Group among others. Rasenberger has also been retained by private equity firms to provide due diligence on investment opportunities in the media space. Rasenberger’s success ratio for developing and launching sustainable new business ventures has firmly established her as one of the leading consultants in the media industry. In recognition for her contributions to the television industry, Rasenberger has been named among Cablefax' "Most Powerful Women" and "Top 100 Heavy Hitters" and inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers. Before founding her company, Rasenberger helped launch and build the Food Network from a concept thru its eventual sale to E.W. Scripps as SVP Distribution and Affiliate Marketing. Previously, Rasenberger held senior management roles at Cablevision Magazine, ESPN, TV Guide, and Warner Bros TV. She holds a BA in History and Literature from Harvard University.
