Owner & Principal
Integration Therapy
Rebecca Avery is the owner and principal of Integration Therapy Media (integrationtherapy.media), a boutique consulting firm that helps streaming networks diagnose operational friction and redesign their operating models for profitable scale. With over 20 years of hands-on experience across the media supply chain, she specializes in aligning creative, operations, technology, and capital functions so that misalignment does not drain 30% or more of a network’s revenue.
Rebecca has led content operations and metadata strategy for major streaming networks, including scaling Pluto TV from Series A to its $340M Viacom/Paramount acquisition, and reducing FAST monetization errors from 40% to under 5% at Allen Media Digital while quadrupling channel launch capacity. Those projects share a through-line: treating metadata and workflows as operating-model choices, not just technical details.
She currently chairs the Metadata Working Group at the Streaming Video Technology Alliance and is a frequent speaker on operational efficiency, metadata excellence, and teams/systems design for streaming networks. Rebecca founded Integration Therapy Media in 2024 to bring enterprise-level operating-model expertise to small and midsize streaming companies that need constraint-ready, results-driven solutions without enterprise budgets.
