In this role, he leads Product Architecture, New Product Development, and Product Design across the company’s platforms, helping shape the future of premium video advertising. A hybrid technologist and product leader, Jeff blends deep engineering expertise with strategic product vision to build and scale complex advertising systems that align with rapidly evolving industry needs – most recently helping architect FreeWheel’s agentic AI capabilities that powered the industry’s first cross‑platform AI‑driven premium video buy.
Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience across the buy side and sell side, spanning digital, streaming, and linear television. He began his career as an engineer at Advertising.com before joining its founders to launch Videology as the company’s first engineer and technical architect. During his more than a decade-long tenure at Videology, he built and scaled industry-leading video advertising platforms, led global product and engineering organizations, and partnered with agencies, technology companies, and media owners to deliver innovative, large-scale video advertising solutions.
Jeff holds both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in information technology from Towson University. He currently resides in Baltimore City.
