Dennis LeMire is Director of Global Stream Operations at FloSports, where he leads the teams responsible for delivering more than 55,000 live sporting events annually across more than 20 sports. He has played a key role in scaling FloSports’ live streaming operations during a period of significant growth, building a distributed 24/7 support model across teams in Austin, Texas; Waterloo, Canada; and the Philippines to ensure consistent stream quality across a wide range of production environments.

With nearly a decade of experience in live streaming and sports media, including roles at NBC Sports and Trackwrestling, LeMire specializes in scaling resilient, high-volume operations that maintain uptime across highly variable and decentralized workflows. His work focuses on optimizing reliability in lean operating environments, navigating the complexities of diverse encoder types, ingest methods, and on-site production conditions.

LeMire brings a pragmatic, operator-driven perspective to live sports streaming, with a focus on the systems, processes, and decision-making frameworks required to maintain uptime at scale when conditions are unpredictable and failure is not an option.
