Zeam Media’s advanced technology infrastructure is anchored by AdSync, a proprietary Dynamic Ad Insertion technology, which seamlessly integrates advertisements into both live and on-demand streams. Syncbak rebranded to Zeam Media in 2024, and today, its technology reaches 99 percent of the US population across over 200 markets.

In February 2024, Perry launched Zeam, a direct-to-consumer streaming platform whose mission is to connect every broadcaster and content creator to every viewer, fostering a sense of connection and community with local news, sports, and cultural events. In doing so, Zeam creates significant opportunities for marketers to engage with local and regional audiences at scale. This value proposition has already attracted over 300 local broadcasters, including Gray TV, CBS, News Press & Gazette, Morgan Murphy, and others. 

Prior to founding Zeam Media, Perry was CEO and President of Decisionmark Corp., transforming it with the creation of Geneva—an Internet-based technology, inadvertently pioneering what is now known as geo-fencing. Geneva's success led to TitanTV.com, the first-ever web-based EPG/DVR, and antennaweb.org, aiding millions in the transition from analog to digital television. Perry holds over 25 technology patents.
