Registration Options

Streaming Media Connect 2023 this August 22-24 is a free online event. Attendees should register by selecting the sessions they want to attend on the registration form. To see the full list of available online sessions see the Program.

Online Access to Sessions & Calendar Invites

All registered attendees will receive an email confirmation after registration is complete which will include a link to access the online sessions. From here you will be able to initiate a calendar invite for each session you registered for during the registration process. All sessions will be run via the Zoom platform. Please download the Zoom app prior to attending your first online session.

Closed Captioning

Closed captioning will be ON by default when a session begins. To disable it, click the Live Transcription (CC) button at the bottom of the video window, and select Hide Subtitle. To turn it back on, click Live Transcription (CC) and select Show Subtitle. For additional information regarding Zoom's accessibility features see Zoom's Accessibility Statement.
