A career researcher in Generative AI and Speech technologies, Akshat is a serial entrepreneur. After completing his degree in AI/CS from the Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA, Akshat worked at Apple teaching Siri to speak in multiple languages.

Akshat applied for his first patent at the age of 14 when he created a data science powered predictive wearable, HelixSafe, which can save victims of fatal accidents. With a passion to nurture young minds and intellectual talent, Akshat founded his first company, Slingshot, to use the power of NLP to identify and mentor computer science child prodigies. The venture was backed by Alchemist and TechStars.

After exiting Slingshot, Akshat brought together his interest in generative AI, language translation and speech technologies together to create the world’s most powerful AI translation and dubbing platform.
