Full service event production includes the following, as needed by your organization:

• Assistance with event planning, timing, fee structure, as needed
• Setup of registration through Eventbrite or Zoom
• One-on-one consulting with presenters to ensure their best possible audio and video presentation
• Pre-event rehearsal session
• Zoom event license - Meeting, Webinar, or Conference
• Creation of additional information screens and composite video as needed for attendee participation and engagement
• Breakout Rooms (Meeting events only), Polls, on-screen closed captioning
• Zoom Conferences can accomodate multiple simultaneous hosted sessions, if needed (some restrictions apply)
• Behind-the-scenes facilitation, monitoring, and assistance
• Recording of sessions with multiple video and audio tracks (editing available at additional cost)
• Post-event survey via SurveyMonkey
