Todd Conley founded HighSchool.GG to leverage the popularity of eSports to teach students 21st century career skills related to Business, IT, Computer Science, Event Production, and Streaming. He was the #1 ranked Descent player in the world in 1999, where he was sponsored by Gateway 2000 and competed for $50k instead of the $30Million prize pools of 2019. Todd wishes he still had those reaction times today. He has a background in livestreaming professional tennis tournaments around the world, and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. He is a former Microsoft Engineer and Program Manager, and has a unique background that comprises of technology, eSports and traditional sports, of which he has coined the term ' eSports vs tSports'.
