London (July 30, 2007) - RawFlow, a leading provider of live peer-to-peer (P2P) streaming technologies, has announced the successful acquisition of Aggregator TV, a London based company leading the way in end to end video distribution platforms. Aggregator, set up 2 years ago and funded by Intel, 3i and Amadeus, developed a foot old in the market for providing a complete video content distribution package. With over 50,000 paid for subscriptions each month to view specialist programmes this move will be of strategic importance to RawFlow developing its peer to peer streaming technologies with the ability to introduce micro-payment systems. Rawflow has bought Aggregators' entire publishing platform so they now have an end to end video on demand platform which includes setting up portals, payment gateways and handling billing.
