Speaker Proposal Form
Vendor Speaker Requirements For Streaming Media East 2009
Please read ALL of the below before filing out a form - it increases your chances of submitting correctly which increases your chances of speaking.
The submission deadline for Streaming Media East is December 1st, 2008. We typically receive ten times the number of speaking submissions we have available so we strongly suggest you submit your proposal early, as they are reviewed and possibly confirmed upon receipt. Of the nearly 100 speaking positions we have, about 30 of them will be for vendor speakers and the other 70 for end-users, classified as those who purchase and deploy streaming and digital media solutions and services.
Those willing to play an active role as panel Moderators, who want to participate in creating the contents of a panel, should contact Dan Rayburn immediately.
NOTE: All vendors are REQUIRED to include with their submission a customer (end-user) who may be interested in speaking on a round-table panel subject of their choosing. Please let us know what customer (company name) you are interested in inviting and let us know if you have already confirmed their interest.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal for a stand-alone case study presentation, please note that clients (end-users) exclusively will be responsible for presenting the case study. Please be sure your client agrees to these terms before submitting your proposal. Please submit a case study that is currently running and is no older than 2006, and includes client information.
All speakers receive a full, complimentary registration to the conference, a $995 value. At this time, due to the large number of speakers, we are not able to pay any travel or lodging related expenses. Vendors who cannot secure a client speaker, or fill out an incomplete form will have limited opportunities of being selected.
Please note: We must have all contact information for the speaker you are submitting, however rest assured we will contact the person who submitted all the info to coordinate the potential speaking arrangement.
