Rico has been with Zappos for the past 6 years. He has seen Zappos grow from a $32 million company to the $1 billion company that it is today. Seeing the company grow from 100 to around 1200 employees. Rico's role has always been to provide product information and web content to enhance the customer experience at Zappos. His role has definitely evolved over the years and Zappos is now striving to innovate and approach video and web content in new ways in the e-commerce realm.
