As Capability Manager for the Enterprise Network and Media Services departments, Matt Nowak is responsible for providing technology services that support Allianz Life's Infrastructure and Business operations.  Mr. Nowak guides the planning, deployment, and management of technologies that empower company employees - and Allianz Life's national network of more than 240,000 independent agents, registered representatives, and financial planners - to maintain high levels of service and responsiveness.  Mr. Nowak is currently overseeing the deployment of robust digital video capabilities that include video on demand, video streaming, and digital signage.  Prior to joining Allianz Life, Mr. Nowak was an independent consultant, responsible for architecting, deploying, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure and application solutions.  In this position, Mr. Nowak focused on systems integration, development and enhancement in merger and acquisition environments.
