R. J. Hilgers is SVP, Managing Director for Avenue A | Razorfish West's Pacific offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles. During his nine year tenure at Avenue A | Razorfish, R.J. has built and led digital practices in both Seattle and California and, in his current role, is responsible for managing the growth of both Avenue A | Razorfish's California offices and leading key client accounts. In addition, R.J. has also been a member of both the Avenue A | Razorfish National Media and Analytics advisory teams and played a key role in the integration of Avenue A and Razorfish coming together as a unified digital marketing agency.
