To register for the full conference please visit our conference registration page.

The FREE (HK$50 at the door) exhibition registration only gives you access to the exhibit floor when it is open. The exhibit floor will be open the following dates and times:

Friday, May 4, 2001 (10:00am to 6:00pm)

According to the cancellation/transfer policy, you may cancel your registration without a penalty if you do so on or before March 24, 2001. If you cancel your registration after March 24, 2001 but before April 6, 2001 you will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made after April 6, 2001 will have all fees forfeited. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Team by email at iris.li@streamingmedia.com or by fax at 852 2857 6144.

I need to make a hotel reservation or travel booking. Who do I contact to do so?

Full information and online reservations for airline, hotel, airport transfer and tour arrangements are available at the travel pages on our website.

What is the difference between the beginners seminar and the conference sessions?

The beginners seminar is an additional learning opportunity taking place the day before the conference. It is at no extra cost to conference delegates and can sometimes be purchased by others to attend depending on availability.

Conference sessions take place during the conference and are part of the 3 different conference tracks that only conference delegates may attend. The conference program provides a schedule of these sessions and you do not need to reserve your space.
