Digital music retailer Mjuice.com (http://www.mjuice.com) said that six music and entertainment industry executives have joined its newly established music advisory board.

The board will help guide the company and work to further the company's industry initiatives.

This announcement comes on the heels of last week's appointment of Fred Davis-entertainment lawyer, former executive vice president of EMI Music Group, and son of Clive Davis-to the company's Board of Directors.

The music industry executives joining the Mjuice advisory board are:

-- Craig Aaronson, Digital Entertainment Network. Aaronson has been an integral part of the music industry for over 10 years.

-- Michael Ashburne, entertainment attorney. An entertainment lawyer for over 25 years, Ashburne's client roster has included diverse artists such as Roberta Flack, Ray Charles, Dead Kennedys, Ice Cube and Taj Mahal.

-- Clarence Avant, owner of Interior and Avant Garde Music Companies. Formerly the chairman of Motown Records, Avant founded Sussex Records and launched Tabu Records.

-- Ted Cohen, chairman, Webnoize Conference/EVP DMN Consulting. A 25-year industry insider and co-founder of the Webnoize online music conference, Cohen has held a variety of positions in both the music and new media fields, including senior positions at Warner Bros. Records and Philips Media

-- Steve Rimland, consultant, Interscope Records. An owner and co-founder of Virtual Entertainment Marketing, and a consultant to Interscope Records.

-- Josh Taekman, vice president of special marketing, Bad Boy Entertainment.
