Product Description

Streaming & Recording

Epiphan builds reliable, professional streaming and recording solutions for education, healthcare, live event production, manufacturing, security and transportation. We have portable desktop models and scalable, low or high-density rackmount versions of our innovative all-in-one streaming and recording systems, Pearl-2 and Pearl. We also have smaller, silent systems for installations with only one or two video inputs. No matter your streaming and recording needs, we have a solution for you.

Our flagship all-in-one live video production system, Pearl-2, simultaneously switches, streams and records 6 HD programs (from any combination of up to 6 sources) at 30 fps or 1 4K UHD program at 30 fps. Use it to arrange your sources into custom multi-source layouts with branding and background mattes of your choice. Take advantage of the simple CDN integration with RTSP/RTMP to share your content with large and geographically diverse audiences or stream directly to up to 50 users using HTTP Live Streaming, Flash, MPEG-TS or RTSP.

Video Grabbers

Epiphan has a complete suite of portable, USB-based video grabbers. Depending on the source you wish to capture, you can select between devices for dedicated capture of SDI, 4K HDMI, DVI/HDMI or VGA or with an adapter, you can capture signals from just about any video source.

Our new UVC-based AV.io HD, AV.io SDI and AV.io 4K make video capture simple. With no software or drivers to install, they make any video source appear like a web camera. Our signature DVI2USB 3.0 and SDI2USB 3.0 grabbers include our free Epiphan capture utility and drivers that give users control over the tiniest capture details.

All five of these video grabbers capture embedded HDMI audio and capture 1080p video at 60 fps. They integrate seamlessly with third party video encoding, scaling and streaming software.

PCIe Capture Cards

Epiphan offers two high frame rate internal PCIe capture cards for existing desktop systems and OEM solutions. Choose from DVI2PCIe Duo, our latest dual HD capture card with support for SDI and DVI-I dual-link, or DVI2PCIe, our DVI-I dual link capture card. Both cards support an optional AV kit to add S-Video, 3.5 mm audio and TRS audio capture. Additionally, DVI2PCIe Duo directly captures embedded SDI and HDMI audio.
