Casey Charvet is a streaming media veteran with 15 years of experience broadcasting live music and video on the Internet, co-founding his first streaming startup in 1999. After obtaining his PhD from Case Western Reserve University in 2013, a love for live music and technology drew him back to Austin, TX to join with TourGigs and create the Gigcasters platform. Casey and his engineering team have melded commercial products plus custom hardware and software to create a best in class streaming solution. The have successfully live streamed countless concerts from premiere venues across the country, music festivals in open fields, and provided their technical expertise and platform to produce live events outside the music space such as talk shows and seminars.
