Vubiquity Names Darcy Antonellis as CEO
Darcy Antonellis, Former President, Technical Operations & CTO at Warner Bros. Entertainment, joins Global Multi-Platform Video Services Leader Vubiquity

Vubiquity, the largest global provider of multiplatform video services, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Darcy Antonellis Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 2, 2014. Ms. Antonellis will also become a member of the Board of Directors.
Ms. Antonellis is an industry veteran with experience in broadcast television, production and distribution at companies including FOX Television and CBS. She is the recipient of three Emmy Awards from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences – two of which were for technical production of the 1994 and 1998 Winter Olympic Games. Ms. Antonellis is currently President, Technical Operations and Chief Technology Officer at Warner Bros. Entertainment where she is responsible for solving technology challenges and enabling new technology-based businesses across the Studio. She has an established record of developing and deploying innovative new products to support both consumer and B2B needs.

Antonellis replaces Ramu Potarazu, who stepped down as CEO in March and currently serves as Vice Chairman of Vubiquity’s Board of Directors.
